ABACUS provided consulting services during phase I of this project. The building program includes a new science agriculture complex, child development learning lab, a new college community center and related infrastructure.  The second phase includes the science and chemistry building renovation, student services building renovation and the administration building renovation.  Construction Value: $55 million.  Phase II is yet to be determined.
