ABACUS is serving as the overall program manager for the ongoing $200 million capital improvement program for Chapman University. The scope of work includes full project management services for a variety of new construction and remodel projects taking place both while classes are in full session and over semester breaks. ABACUS is playing a crucial leadership/advisory role in each and every project in the master program.
