The new Chandler City Hall is located on an 8-acre site in the downtown core. It consists of 120,000 square feet that is housed in a 5-story office building, a new Council Chambers and a series of one-story buildings. There is also a 400-car multi-level parking garage and extensive site development to achieve a campus setting. The building was designed to a LEED Gold standard. The site has been master-planned to also accommodate a proposed new 25,000 square foot museum. Departments to be included in the project include; Mayor & Council, Council Chambers, City Manager, Neighborhood Resources, City Clerk, City Attorney, CAPA Video Production,
Economic Development, Human Resources, Management Services, Downtown Real Estate. The City of Chandler engaged ABACUS to provide overall Project Management services during the Pre-Construction and Construction Phases. Construction Value $48M.
