The $1.2 Billion Phoenix Light Rail program consists of 27 miles of light rail running through the cities of Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix.  Twenty miles run through the City of Phoenix and encompass over 176 parcels.  ABACUS provided program management services in support of the Valley Metro Rail Property Clearance Program.  The goal was to assist with the clearing of existing improvements that were located in the right-of-way to allow the utility and rail contractors to execute their installation work unimpeded.   Construction Value: $1.2 billion.
