The Ocean Institute, located in Dana Point was a 32,000 SF expansion of an educational facility serving primary and secondary schools through college and post graduate studies. The Ocean Institute’s facilities are dedicated to increasing public awareness and understanding of the marine environment. The project included four specialized labs, a bookstore, an auditorium, several specialized exhibits, public art display, a residential sea lab and office space. Construction Value: $15.5 million.
